The Constitutional Tax Collector wants to know….Did we make your day? Did we use your name? Did we give you a fond farewell, and make sure that we met all your needs? We want to personalize your experience and make it fun. Everyday. That’s what we do. So, we want you to tell us how we’re doing. We are requesting this feedback to measure our progress on our Journey to the “Un-Government Experience”. The “Un-Government Experience” is an organization-wide initiative to create service standards that will:
- Excite customers (Focus on our Clients)
- Exceed operationally (Focus on Work Place Efficiency)
- Expand resources (Focus on Compliance and Revenues)
- Energize employees (Focus on Employee Development)
We look forward to hearing how great we are and what we can do better. Understanding our clients is the first step to achieving a core element of our strategic plan, “Exciting the Clients!”
