Tax Collector Reminders for January

January 1– New Year’s Day Holiday – Offices Closed
January 10 – Mobile Home registrations not renewed by today are charged a delinquent fee
January 18 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service – Offices Closed
January 20 – Tourist Development Tax Payment Deadline
*January 31 – Last Day to postmark Property Tax Payments to receive 2% January Discount
*February 1 – Today Only! Pay Property Taxes in person at a service center and receive January Discount

*According to Florida Statutes, if the end of a discount period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday the discount period is extended to the next working day and the payment must be delivered to our office by close of business.

Renew vehicle registration by midnight of your birthday

If your mailing address has changed, in addition to notifying the United States Postal Service you must also notify the Property Appraiser, in writing with a signature.
