Property Tax season is here, and our offices are buzzing with activity. This month’s newsletter covers tax payment discounts, the Recapture Rule, charity partner selection by Tax Collector employees and important dates for Tax Collector business.

Discounts Available for Early Tax Payments

The 2009 property tax notice should arrive in mailboxes shortly.      Property taxes are payable November 1 – March 31.  Taxpayers will have the ability to pay a reduced rate through February.  Discounts for early payments are allowed as follows:  Read more>
