Tax Collector Reminders for May

May 1 – Tax Warrant processing begins on delinquent Tangible Personal Property taxes.

May 25 – Memorial Day Holiday – Offices Closed

May 31 - Last Day to pay delinquent Real Estate Property Taxes before a tax certificate is sold

During May – List of delinquent Real Estate Property Taxes advertised for three consecutive weeks prior to tax certificate sale.

Renew vehicle registration by midnight of your birthday.

If your mailing address has changed, in addition to notifying the United States Postal Service you must also notify the Property Appraiser, in writing with a signature.
