Value Adjustment Board Tax Notices

If you have filed a petition with the Value Adjustment Board before the designated deadline specified on your Notice of Proposed Taxes, your property tax bill will look like this. You have two options to pay.

Notice of Proposed Property Taxes (TRIM)

The Notice of Proposed Taxes is issued by the Property Appraiser’s office in August of every year. It states current property taxes and proposed property taxes based on the budgets of all the taxing authorities.
