| The Florida Legislature
has amended Chapter 205 of the Florida Statutes changing the
term "Occupational License" to "Business Tax
Receipt." Effective January 1, 2007, all occupational licenses
are known as business tax receipts. Business Tax Receipts are
issued at any time during the year. Business Tax records may
be renewed July 1 - September 30 each year. |
