March 13 th, Tax Collector Anne Gannon rolled out her office’s new Mission, Vision and Values. Leading her office on the “Journey to the Ungovernment Experience”, Ms. Gannon held the office’s first ever organization-wide meeting. The Ungovernment Experience means creating service standards that will excite customers, expand resources, exceed operationally and energize employees. Tax Collector Gannon states that “We want to be the organization that goes the extra mile to help every customer. ” Every employee participated in establishing the content of the new framework and therefore has ownership in establishing the new culture.
