As the Navigation Leader Jim is focused on making data based decisions to improve operational efficiency throughout the Tax Collectors service centers. Jim is continually looking for ways to make the “un-Government” experience come to life for our clients and team members.

With a strong emphasis on our 4E’s: Exciting the Client, Exceeding Operationally, Expanding Resources, and Energizing Employees, Jim’s role is to help guide the process in becoming and sustaining the Tax Collector’s Office as a world class organization.  Jim has his B.S. in Legal Studies from Barry University and his M.P.A. from Nova Southeastern University.
